Classification

There are different types of Polyethylenes (PE) that can be classified in many forms. Pursuant to the distribution herein below shown, the PE may be classified according to its density, which range in the case of Venelene® resins varies between 0.918 and 0.966 g / cm3.

Inferior values within the previous range correspond to Low-Density Polyethylene (PEBD) and Low-Density Lineal Polyethylene (PELBD), whereas the superior values within the range are those from High-density Polyethylene. Finally, intermediate densities correspond to Medium-Density Polyethylene (PEMD)
