Convention Polinter-Inces

As part of the strategy of development of human potential that form the tables of replacement or generating re of the valuable human resources with which Polinter account today, it was established an agreement with the National Institute of Educational Cooperation Socialist (INCES), under the Development Strategy of Learning in Company (DAE). Under this strategy have been incorporated a total of 30 young of Miranda in two programs: Mechanical Maintenance and Electromechanical whose training is the responsibility of Polinter, with the advice and inspection of INCES.

This learning experience allows the couple obtain a vision experience of organization since its inception at the stage theoretical and, subsequently, succeeds strengthen when initiates phase practice within the operational units of the company, under the tutorship direct our specialized personnel and prepared to assume this role. The periodic evaluation by the INCES of both groups has been excellent, in addition to the preparation that have been offered Polinter on the environment organizational and personal development. The follow-up to the performance of these young people has allowed the identification of resources with a high development potential, which exceed the profiles averages for the company and that can be incorporated into the programs of academic training provided for the regular staff of the company. Program Triuno PSA (Think, Feel and Act)

The education has had to Poliolefinas Internacionales, C. A., Polinter, a primary value along its history. The company has always been characterized by planning, implementation and control processes of training, training and education of its staff. At present, Polinter has transformed the vision of training of man, proposing a scope covering the whole cycle of academic preparation facing human beings along the life. It has been raised a path of preparation that conceived the experience accumulated by the people as the basis of the pyramid that supports the tour which will begin the man to face the challenges that he prepares the company in the short, medium and long term. This ambitious project is being developed under the name of the PROGRAM TRIUNO PSA, which means the three-dimensional of human beings and has the object the development of the employee the powers of thinking, feeling and acting, particularly with the purpose of substantiallyincreasing the powers technical and human of workers and prepare them for successfully facing future challenges that lie holds the petrochemical market nationally and internationally. The program Triuno provides several subprojects, the "Certification of the Employee", the creation of "Higher Technical University in Operations Petrochemical", the obtaining of "Degree University" and programs of "Graduate" and "Doctorate". For the operation of each stage are being made alliances with major educational institutions at a higher level, on the basis of securing all the legal aspects, academic, administrative and conceptual requires a program of this nature.

This proposal is supported in the belief that the organizations are really the sum of its people; if it is excellent, the organization definitively also will be, more, when operating processes of the business require a skilled manpower and qualified with the skills required to comply with the corporate objectives raised. Integral education project

This is a project of a considerable extent, that is the development of a string education, which goes from a unit preschool basic to one of higher education. The project is based on the restoration of infrastructure to provide preschool education, primary, basic and the creation of a Bolivarian University. Occupational healt project

With the entry into force of the new Organic Law on Prevention, Conditions and Working Environment (LOPCYMAT), the company has designed, implemented and coordinated plans and programs of action preventive, assessment and risk management of employment, training of workers, provision of primary health care in health, implantation of emergency plans; all this in order to prevent incidents, accidents and diseases occupational. This project is consolidated in a system of integrated health for workers, retirees and family members of the company, which will provide a medical assistance preventive and/or curative, and promote health through a health education, whereas elements biological and social, individual and collective, encouraging the primary care.
